Application Technology
Leveraging our excellent product performance in low loss, high saturation current, and minimal magnetic leakage, our power inductors have been widely used in high-performance computing, automotive electronics, consumer electronics. We have accumulated years of expertise in the power inductor solutions industry, formulating a comprehensive magnetic inductors portfolio applicable to diverse end-products scenarios.
Design Technology
One of our representative design technologies is our ability to integrate electromagnetic simulation technologies into the entire product design process. We have built standardized electromagnetic simulation processes, including structural modeling, parameter configuration, simulation computation, result analysis, structural optimization and validation iteration. Through precise electromagnetic simulation and structural optimization, we validate the technical feasibility of our products, securing our product performance in mass production.
Material Technology
We have established a comprehensive materials technology platform centered on soft magnetic materials and their applications. We possess full-chain in-house R&D capabilities covering fundamental formulation design, powder and magnetic powder processing, molding process development and application reliability verification. Core materials technologies primarily include integrated molding materials technology, magnetic powder core and copper-iron co-firing materials technology, thermoplastic molding low-loss materials technology.
Process Technology
We possess key process technologies across the entire manufacturing process, including magnetic core forming, coil winding, hot-press molding and downstream processing. We have developed dedicated process solutions, such as dual-coil front-end assembly and back-end processing techniques for AI server applications, as well as non-curing T+U magnetic core combination processes designed for automotive electronics. These technologies enable full-process control from powder filling to finished product inspection.
Verification Test Technology
Our testing center comprises several specialized laboratories, including a reliability laboratory, a materials analysis laboratory and a failure analysis laboratory. Our testing center is equipped with a number of precision testing instruments from internationally recognized brands and possesses full-process testing capabilities covering material analysis, product reliability verification and failure analysis.

Magnetic material development

Designed for high-frequency applications, our power inductor outperformance is attributed by our superior technical innovation in magnetic materials. Notably, our magnetic materials are characterized by low loss and high efficiency, with a core loss below 900mW/cm³ at 1MHz and a magnetic flux density of 30mT. This enables our power inductors to maintain high performance while generating less heat and consuming less energy.

Inductor design simulation

Our Product R&D Center focuses on structural design, performance simulation and solution optimization for high-end inductive components. It provides customized design and precise performance tuning based on diverse downstream application scenarios, ensuring strong product-application compatibility.

Automation

To achieve a high degree of control over production, we have established a dedicated automation team focused on the design and development of automated equipment. We have independently developed various automated production equipment, including automatic winding machines and inspection systems, with full capability for complete line planning and delivery. These automation solutions not only support our automated manufacturing operation but also serve as a standalone business line for external sales.
